New guidance on workforce training and competency

In line with our functions to provide advice to duty holders on compliance with regulatory requirements and promote good industry practice, we have developed new guidance on training and workforce competency. 

The document provides specific guidance on workforce training and competency under the applied work health and safety provisions of the OEI Act framework. 

It also provides general advice to PCBUs, licence holders and other stakeholders on the management of workforce training and competency to support good practice in the sector.
