The Offshore Infrastructure Regulator (OIR) does not hold separate records in its own right and is staffed and resourced by NOPSEMA with all relevant records held by NOPSEMA. As such, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests for OIR documents are processed by NOPSEMA's FOI section.

NOPSEMA participates in the Information Publication Scheme established under Part 2 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
