The Authorisations for offshore infrastructure activities guideline has been developed to provide advice to stakeholders on compliance with the requirements of the Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Act 2021 (OEI Act) ensuring offshore infrastructure activities are appropriately authorised and approved.

Guidance to assist prospective licence holders, and other stakeholders in understanding the requirements and processes for feasibility licences under the Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Framework is available on the Registrar’s website at offshoreregistrar.gov.au
